Patient Care Coordinator
Kelly Emerling
For larger or more complex cases, your Patient Care Coordinator plays an essential role in planning, managing, and overseeing every step of your treatment to ensure the best possible outcome.
Working closely with your surgeon and your referring provider, your PCC ensures that your care team remains consistent from your first consultation through your final follow-up appointment. This continuity not only leads to smoother communication and better results — it also helps you feel supported and confident throughout your entire surgical journey.
Your Patient Care Coordinator handles every detail, including treatment planning, financial coordination, case preparation, communication with referring offices, and post-operative follow-ups. Most importantly, they serve as your dedicated point of contact — someone who knows your case, understands your needs, and is always available to answer questions or offer guidance along the way.
